The Warrior Recovery Network (WRN) is a national resource connecting U.S. military Vets suffering from injuries, PTSD & TBIs with MFR therapists.
Therapists are trained in John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release (MFR).
As both a U.S. Marine (SSgt., two tours), and an Expert Level JFB-MFR therapist, I know the value of this work! I have friends in all the branches of Service, (Active Duty, Retired, Medically Discharged, Reservists and In-Active Duty), and know what kind of hardships they have had to, and do, face.
I just want to help.

It is recommended that prior to receiving treatment, Vets read:
-“Waking the Tiger,” by Peter Levine, and
-“Healing Ancient Wounds: The Renegade’s Wisdom,” by John F. Barnes, PT.
You can also get more information, find other MFR Therapists, and learn about “Intensives” (2-3 week long courses of treatment, 3x a day, 5 days a week, plus other classes are included) at either of the clinics in Malvern, PA, or Sedona, AZ, at John F. Barnes’ website : Myofascial Release.com.
Well, John…… they say if you build it………..
